In all my years I’ve been doing this, I’ve not met a single successful business owner that did it alone. Every achievement, every success and even every failure means nothing if you aren’t surrounded by a team of people that have integrity and share common values. At the end of the day it’s about the team around you and the relationships you’ve built.

About Pat

In 1975, Pat Keating founded Keating & Associates in Manhattan, Kansas. Today, he serves as Chairman of the Board.

Pat’s clients are primarily closely-held business owners who are coachable. As a result, Pat considers the advisors at Keating & Associates to be his clients, as well as his friends. He is exceedingly proud of the relationships he has built over the years.

Bringing a team of people together, all working toward a common goal with a commitment to honesty and kindness is one of Pat’s greatest accomplishments. He states “I started this company because I knew I wanted to work with people who owned their own businesses. The pursuit of their success was always intriguing to me and I always felt inspired helping them achieve their objectives. I still feel that way.”

In his free time, Pat enjoys golf and traveling with his wife of 40+ years, Rita. The most amazing experience of his life was a pilgrimage to the Holy Land. Pat and Rita have four of the most perfect grandchildren in the world, and they love spending free days on their ranch.
